Actually four! Andy McKee's blue car (Bruce) in '98, then Chris
McKinney won CSL in Derek Butts' black '92 (Tommy). Then Randy Noll's
yellow '93 won a ProSolo National Championship with Randy in 2002,
followed by the ES Solo2 National Championship with Jeff Cashmore in
2003. And now in 2004 Ryan won in my old car.

Not only that, but the setup theory and much advice was passed down from
one to the other. Andy and Derek really new how to get those things
working and Randy Noll built off of that. As for my car basically
everything that was ever done to it was recommended and/or actually done
by Randy, with lots of help from Carl Valderama. Unfortunately the
tradition of great SFR driving talent in ES ended with Randy, but hey
the car certainly was good enough:) It's a great tradition and I hope
somebody will pick up the interest in these great cars and use the
wealth of knowledge that we have in our region.

They are really great cars- I don't know if they will be the match of
the new competition in ES but we'll see.

Peter

Wow! Three different MR2's that were bought and prepared in this region

went on to win national championships in E-Stock.

Though, I am sure the CP guys think this is old hat. :-)
