I would agree with this only if it aplied to junk cars. I have five nice
vehicles, a 1976 IHC Scout, 1970 Doge Charger, 1975 Bricklin, 1988 Custom
Merc. Cougar and a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherroke. I also have a sixty foot long,
25 foot wide drive leading up to my house. I do not keep any of them in the
yard and all the vehicles are in running order and need zero restoration
(except the Brick but the list is small). On a scale of 1 - 10, 10 being
brand new, mine look like an 8. Now I might also agree to keeping nice car
covers on all but two, as well and no cars aloud off the driveway of any
given house ie. front/back yard.
How sterile does it all become before we stop? Will we one day live in a
world where colors are not aloud because they are too loud and different
shades of white are the only choice given to us by Big Brother, because it is
more acceptalbe to the common good? Just when you think Big Brother is
finished slapping us around for awhile another small group of people sick him
on the whole of us all over again. Big Brother is a bulley and it does'nt
take much to get him swinging again. It is getting out of hand folks.
I'm not saying we don't have to have rules but we have to be very cautious in
how far we let it go. I guarantee you that there is a point where you can
not call the dog off, short of killing it.
One last opinion. I get very upset, not at Big Brother for the most part,
but the ones who get him going in the first place.
