Bricklin Headlights

One of my lights points too far down.  The drivers side light seems to be 
fine but the pass. side light needs to come up.  Now I'm talking about the 
whole housing not just the tilt of the bulb.  They both come up fine at first 
but then the pass. side housing drops about half an inch.  How do I take care 
of this?
