I prefer the 1975,as I always thought of the Bricklin, more in the lines of a
Fiberglass/gullwinged Shelby Mustang,as it is about the same size/weight as
a 69-70 Shelby Mustang, and has the basic Mustang Drivetrain, and is welcomed
in ANY Ford powered event, especially the Mustang gatherings.Plus it just HAS
some body features, taken direct off the Mustang and the Shelby.(Quarter
glass,Quarter panel,back styling ect ec)
I think of the 1974 Bricklins are more in the AMC Javelin/AMX Line,as I was
never a fan of the AMC drivetrain(no disrespect)It just seems outdated(the
AMC drivetrain) more towards the,1950's drivetrain, again THIS is my
opinion, and is not intended to start a flame,or to put down the Bricklin,or
the AMC powertrain.Had the Bricklin only come with the AMC
drivetrain, chances are I would not have cared to buy one,(or two)or own one
since 1980
