    Another mpg response:   On my 79 spit 1500, with the Allison ignition
 and a Weber, I get around 22-25. -Though there was that time when I tuned
 it *way* to lean, got close to 35, but you had to put up with the float
 bowl emptying out if you floored the gas for much longer than quick bursts.....
