Mark Holcomb has some questions about gearbox oil.
To add to this, does anyone know about the gear
oil grades gl-4 and gl-5?  Is this like DOT 3 and
DOT 4 brake fluids?  I replaced my TR6 gl-4 with
gl-5 , both 90w I think.  Maybe it's my imagination
but it seems to shift better when cold with the
gl-5.
