If anyone has any problems with their membership, you can do several things:

1) If you are on email/internet, contact me via my addressing as shown
at the end of this message. Sometimes auto-rplies to various postings of
mine never get to me because the reply address gets messed up along the
way. I don't know why, but it obviously happens to some of you that
have tried sending me email before.

2) Call or write the VTR Membership Chairperson:
Cathy Montiegel (215-855-8233 evenings between 7pm and 9pm EST)
        912 Breexewood Lane
        Lansdale, PA 19446

3) If you still hear nothing, certainly call me (or VTR president
Dennis Riley) I can recieve phone calls in the office (my numbers
at the end of this message). Dennis Riley is retired and can usually
be reached at his home in the evening and the day (404-475-1088)

Lastly, we (VTR) certainly do NOT want anyone to feel cheated,
ignored, etc. Anyone that has paid for a VTR membership
certainly is entitled to all the aspects of that membership.
Having said that, recognize that we are all human and make mistakes,
and that none of us do VTR jobs for a living, we will, however,
certainly try to promptly correct any oversights, etc.
