I made my own vacuum brake bleeding set, it was very easy, cheap and works
great. I nicked/halfinched/chaved (these all mean "stole" but they don't
sound as bad) some stuff from my lab, 10 feet of rubber tubing, a 150ml conical
flask, a rubber bung with two holes with a glass tube in each hole, and
a hand held vac pump. because with the midget you must bleed two nipples
(ouch)at once, I put tube over both nipples to be bled, conected the two ends
to a
T peice (three way adaptor) then the the third tube of the adaptor to one of
hteglass tubes in the bung (in the flask) and then the vac pump to the other
glass
tube. Fill the reservoir, pull a vacuum, open the bleed screws and let the vac
pull fluid through. If you put a stop-cock in line you can adjust the rate
at which the fluid is pulled out so you can stand at the reservoir and top up
as needed. It took me 10 mins to bleed both wheel on one side of the car.

I think you could "knock-up" the above set up and just suck on the tube or
use a bike pump with the leather/rubber plunger turned round.
