}I saw a lovely XK150 coupe this morning driving down the street in
}front of my house. This is the second time I've seen it. It is
}white and looks completely restored (complete with redlines.)
}Lawrence, do you know this one?

I saw it in Peter's Garage downtown a week or so ago, but didn't
get a close look at it. It is way up there on the drool factor,
though.

}How is the Daimler coming along,
}by the way? We haven't had a progress report in some time.

I'm moving real slowly on it. Right now I've got too many irons in
the fire and can't concentrate on it. So, I'm takin' my time and
doing it bit by small bit. So far, I've mainly been stripping the
woodwork. I did buy an abused oak library table at an estate sale,
then stripped and refinished it to test my hand at applying
polyurethane. The one conclusion I quickly reached was that it's
hopeless trying to get a smooth surface applying it by hand. The
next test mule gets it applied with a spray gun.

Other than that not too much has happened.
