In the selection of silly car tricks, I'd vote strongly
against the "blindfolded driver getting directions from
the passenger to drive an obstacle course" one. If
you're ever at Norman Nock's British Automotive in
Stockton, Calif. he has a wonderful picture of four
spoke wheels sticking up out of a creek. This is all
that was visible of a once-beautiful big Healey that
was piloted by a blindfolded driver, taking directions
from his passenger, right off the edge of the parking
lot, down the embankment, and into the water. Let's
see you explain that one to your insurance agent.
