Looking for parts

My Tiger has the jack and jack handle mounted in the trunk with some spring 
clips. See ascii art. A couple of questions.

1. Has anyone found a source for these clips?

2. The original clips are covered with a black plastic or rubber material. 
Is there a source for this material? It looks like something that the clips 
could be dipped in.
