I would suggest an inverse proportionality rather than a direct one 
(I'm sure this is what you meant) but other than that....

HA HA!  Good one.  Guess how many fastener stores there are near 
Edwards AFB and guess how many weird bolts and fasteners I have 
sheared off recently!
