Oh yes, I almost forgot....for some reason the mech. at the garage disconnected the crankcase breather tube from the carbs and replaced it with a small tube connecting the two brass piped on the carbs together...will this have any effect on the running of the car...apart from spewing out crankcase fumes into the engine bay area.
