XJRS Question

People -

My father is looking at a '93 Jaguar XJRS (I think) -- a convertible  
12-banger stroked to 6.0L, with a stiffened suspension, etc.

The dealer says only 50 coupes and 50 convertibles in this model were  
imported.

Any thoughts about this car?  Will he always have to be fussing with  
something on it?
