A bill has been introduced in the NJ State Assembly to junk
vehicles built in 1981 and earlier. One of the provisions is that the
parts must be destroyed so that they can not be used in other old cars.
A-622 is sponsored by Assemblywoman Ogden. I just got a copy of
it from the NJ State Legislative Office, Trenton, by calling their
number which can be obtained by area code 609 directory assistance.
