Laws of Lucas [WANTED]

Some time back, someone posted a hillarious, um... well I guess you would
call it a definition...   it explained in great detail the theories behind
the Lucas electrical systems. It was based on the theory that the electrical
system was powered by smoke...    (you have to read it!)

I would really appreciate it if someone could forward this to me, or even to
the list. (if others are interested, which I'm sure they are :)
