  If there is significant corrosion in the vacuum chamber you're
probably better off replacing it.  The SU is a clearance seal and the
corrosion is likely to have caused pitting.  The vacuum chamber and
piston are replaced as a set.  In Australia it's about $80 for a
HIF6.  I expect it to be a fair bit cheaper wherever you are.
