Lee, if you and/or your SO are considering buying this car I'd recommend
a complete flush of the hydraulics either tonight of very soon
afterwards.  Sitting for a couple of years means that there's likely to
be lots of water in the fluid by now.  An Eezzibleed would be ideal for
this purpose if you can beg or borrow one.  Too bad you're so far away.
I could lend you mine.

If you do manage to get one to use, remember low low pressure.  <5psi
works fine.
