$4500 for the mini Bruce describes seems a little high. For that price
you should get good mechanicals and interior.
It would also be desirable to look at the suspension corners
carefully. Inspect as best you can if they look like they have had
regular grease...or you will be replacing suspension bits quite soon.
A compression test is easy to perform and quite useful.
