floor paint

I've painted 3 garage floors.  The problem is that rubber
tires seem to pull the paint off the floor.  I have sealed the 
cement and that doesn't seem to work any better.  Our department
head used an epoxy paint and was dizzy for 2 days.  Let me know
how the various paints work because I'm about ready to re-paint 
my garage floor.  Thanks-
