Hello everyone, i am looking for a set of A-arm lower for
a 1275 engine (58 frogeye), British Victoria list ~$160.00 for
each ($300.00 total) which i don't think i can affort.
You do not have to buy NEW a-arms to rebuild the front suspension on a
Spridget. Apple Hydraulics will rebuild your existing a-arms for about
$75 each.
I have had at least 6 a-arms rebuilt by them and they have always done a super
job
and quick turn-around.
If the a-arm is physically broken - ie has cracks or is bent, then you may have
to
buy new a-arms, otherwise just have the "bushings" replaced (at both ends).
