power increase?

Hi all,
I have just subscribed to the list.  I was wondering if there is an easy way
to get a few extra horsepower out of my 1971 rover P6B 3500 V8?  I'm not
interested in spending much money, but the old girl is getting beaten at the
traffic lights!
