Slim,

About the silliness, I completely agree with you. What I don't understand
though is why you reserve these comments for us and totally ignore comments
that start the whole thing.

If you've noticed, I haven't said anything in a long time on this list about
M100s or fwd or much else. I normally just lurk. It was only when unprovoked
unkind things were said that I responded.

I think your comments are genuine and intend to drop it.

Yes, that's my point.

For once, I agree with Steve. Make your own judgments as to the
appropriateness of his remarks on the lotus-cars list.

I think I agree that a hard as rocks and cheaper tire is better choice for just
going out and having fun. That's what I use on my RX7 and it makes it all more
affordable.

Yes, I quite agree.

Slim, you were saying....????

I've said this many times but I'll say it again. I enjoy good, honest
discussions about many subjects but personal put-down contests don't interest
me. I even appreciate good natured teasing provided it's among participants
who basically respect each other.

Truly, I'm sorry now that I dignified it all with a response. It's really my
fault for biting at he bait.
