Yep! It's a bit of rope (read, clothesline!) and it needs oil on it to
seal properly. They often seep a little bit. If you get a dime-sized-
or smaller- puddle, you're probably gonna be fine.

One of the joys of Solexes/Webers- there aren't as many things that will
affect your overall mixture. The main jets are fixed, unlike the SU, so
all you adjust is idle mix and idle air. Of course, you need the right
main jets/air correction jets, emulsion tubes, venturis and chokes...
