List

I just finished a under the bumper spoiler for my ''66. I built it out of
1/8" aluminum plate. My stock spoiler was bent up pretty bad and I wanted
to bring the intake lower for more air flow. The aluminum one is about
another inch lower and fits the shock brackets, but I did not use the
mounting holes on the radiator. I also made it adjustable so I can pivot it
up for less flow - for long highway trips. Today I am going to make final
design changes and make another one - the first one is a proto type. If
anyone on the list is interested in one let me know. I could sell them for
about $25.00 to cover materials cost. I will take pictures and maybe
someone who has a web site can post them. I made this one for a '66 which
has the frame mounts close to 15" apart. I don't know if the high
windshield car have the same mount spacing. If someone knows, let me know.

I am also getting good a aluminum shift knobs. I have bought some in the
past, but they thread the mounting hole at the bottom of the knob, thus the
knob makes the shift lever one to two inches taller- I hate that. I counter
sink the holes so the overall height of the lever with knob is only
increased by 1/2 inch or less. If interested in one of these let me know.
I can also make on to your own design if it can be turned on a lathe.
