I was also told that the park/signal light chrome could not be re-chromed
because the light cover does not come out. Why would it not be removeable?
Is it glued in? Larry.

Decisions, decisions, decisions....

Now that I have the normal chrome pieces off of the car, I am going to get
it all together and get ready to send it out to the chrome shop. I already
have the rear bumper done.

I am not really interested in doing a total stock restoration on the 67
2000. Sorry, but I think grey paint on the inside of the car looks like
crap. Therefor, I am going to chrome the places that are normally painted.
The inside of the windshield trim, the ashtray cover, the latches for the
top and and the latches for the wing windows.

I have seen some other cars that have things like the hood hinges chromed as

well. Some people chrome some engine components. I don't know that I want to

go as far as Jon Frampton in chroming, but I am wondering what others have
done that might give me some ideas.

Feel free to share,
