Crocus Sandpaper

Well I never heard of the stuff but my friend suggested I buy some if my
crank was lightly scuffed. He said it sounds like con rod bearing.

Anyway I went to 2 good autoparts stores and neither place had any but they
did hear of it.

Can anyone spare some or suggest where I can get some?
