Set the lash at 021 cold then when it gets hot to 017.

I think you may have a clogged gas line. Check fuel filter first and maybe
you should just replace it. Check gas flow by turning the engine over and
see if gas is pumped out from the disconnected fuel line. Check the screens
in the carb intake union. Remember to catch the gas in a can and not let it
spill onto the engine.

Check for spark before doing anything first and make sure all connections
are tight.

Hard to tell what's wrong w/o being able to "Play" with it.
