Going forward I suggest using stainless bolts with plenty of antiseize
slopped on.

You can try a stud extractor and they do work effectively and some heat. Of
course if all else fails just get another housing and cut the present one
off. I cut the housing 2/3 of the way down and used a hammer to knock it
free. BTDT.

Just don't pry it off the head as you'll damage the gasket surfaces although
you can use a chisel and knock it up using the housing to chisel on.

I'm glad I got rid of that POS setup and used a modified 240 neck and a U20
or modified 1600 rad.
