I can hardly believe it!
The beast runs again. I cranked it without the coil attached for a bit, shot
some starting fluid in the carbs, and wham! off she went. The shifter is tight
and smooth. No more hunting for 3rd gear. The new valve cover gasket leaks (so
what else is new?) Other than that it sounds beautiful.
Thanks to all my SoCalROC buds that helped with this little project. If you're
ever in need of fetchin, carryin or wrench twistin, you know where I am.
