Not Quite yet. Next you need to put the voltmeter on the alternator output
and confirm that it is at the same or a little lower voltage than the
battery. If the alternator output is showing 13.5V or better, the problem
is the wiring between it and the battery.
I've had some of the under dash and under hood plugs get so nasty that they
wouldn't pass much current at all.
