Paul,
I found that a plug wire set from your local auto parts store for a 1980 thru
1982 Datsun 210 fits well. If you want high performance wires, I think Ross is
making sets of MSD Super Conductor wires.

For hoses there's a Cooling System Wiki Section on www.311s.org with Gates part
#s for hoses and belts. A few years ago, at a Car Quest, I found a molded
upper hose for my U20 for a different application and it was essentially a
perfect match to the original hose. It's still up in my attic, but I can't
climb up there to get the part # anytime soon because I recently had knee
surgery.
Gary

Trying to help a friend bring a U20 back to the road and it's time to set
the motor up with coolant & electricity.

What after-market plug wires fit well? I know he could buy a V8 kit and
make two sets, but is there another 4 cylinder's set that would work?

And is there an after-market upper radiator hose that works well or should
he order a stock one? He has a generic hose that will fit, but I don't like
the tight bent at the water pump and I'm looking for something better.

TIA,

Paul
