140# seems a bit tall for this application.

I run about 100#-110# on this ...as I do on the rear hubs. 

No problem in either application.

We also run a MGB front pulley in combination with a TR4 seal diameter cut
from the TR4 Pulley...which complicates the assebly,but it seems to work very
well. Doe it save cranks....dont know, but have not found any cracks.
