Axles

FOT,

All this talk about breaking axles has me wondering what I should be
checking on the independent rear suspension of the GT6.  What caused Jeff
Mennen's rollover? What's the weak link here, Jack?

I know that with irs the axle is actually...what?...a spindle?  The half
shafts drive the wheels but the a-arms(?) carry the load?

I know for a fact that my car has been on its roof but don't know why or
how...
