[FOT] directional Speedsters?

I have a question about the Hoosier Speedsters. I notice that they are
directional tires.
On the old Yoke 008r's we used to run the 2 front tires backwards, opposite
the arrows, and the rear with the arrows. Right or wrong I was told that was
due to the hard braking we do. What is the recommendation for the Speedster
tires.
