I think a lot of the differences between Europe and USA for trailering are w=
ithin trailer design itself.   U.S. Designed trailer have a much higher to t=
ongue weight where as axle position of European trailers make them much more=
 akin to flat towing a car.   And if you look at the world strongest man com=
petition, a single human can pull a 727 around.   Throw a bunch of tongue we=
ight on it and it taxes the towing vehicle much much more.=20
