This is normal when the car has been sitting for a while. When the engine is
cold and you have the choke not all the gas makes it to the cylinders and
sits in the bottom of the manifold. The excess gas then drips out these
drain holes. There is supposed to be a pipe on the fitting that takes this
excess down along side the oil pan.
