Hi Phil,
David Nock reports not yet receiving a calendar, and no Resource Book for a
couple of years! As the new Membership Director, you should be aware that
David's father, Norman, is a Lifetime Member, but I believe that David has
no membership of his own, but receives a copy of the magazine as an
advertiser (British Car Specialists).
In any case *Norman* Nock should have received Resources Books each year,
although of course a magazine advertiser would not. I don't know if he (or
David) purchased a calendar, but your records should indicate what the case
is.
Anyway, would you please check this out and get back to David? Thanks!
