I received an inquiry yesterday from a BJ8 owner in The Netherlands about the
history of his car in the USA. Was able to get in touch with an owner who
sold the car in 1986, but he still had the original Driver's Handbook for the
car which he said he would be happy to return to the current owner.
Good things can happen when owners contribute to and use the registry. This
makes about 4 handbooks so far that have been reunited with their original
cars, and one is pending.
