Yes----------------my BJ8, which I have owned for 25 years, came with the
license mounted there. I like it there MUCH better than sitting up on the
bumper looking odd:)

Was this where the factory mounted the license plate holder, directly
through the shroud and not on the bumper?? These holes were covered wilth
Bondo when I stripped the paint from the shroud.
