The magic question for complete & very rare healey parts!  

I would say anywhere between $75 at the low end to $300 tops.  Depends
on what you are willing to pay.  Be sure to check to make sure the
gears aren't galled.  They will be galled if the tooth surface has an
strong oval marking on each tooth face in the same place... this will
mean the gears will whine.  I suppose it's tolerable, but very
annoying.  Also if the ring and pinion teeth faces are mirror smooth,
that's not a good sign either.
