Looking again, Jim may be right. They may be BN2 fenders. My fenders  
measure 8" from chrome strip to the top of wheel opening arch.

In the photo, if you extend the swag line to the fender it would not  
come to the top of the opening but down more to the side. Hence the  
way the 2nd color is painted with the curve so it doesn't come  
straight to the side. Plus there looks to be a good amount of space  
above the tire.

I'm going with Jim on this. BN2 fenders.  :-)
