My BJ8 has a small coolant leak on the left side of the engine. Every two
days a drop builds up on the third oil pan bolt from the rear. I can't see
that part of the block because of the carburetor heat shield. I think you
have to remove the carburetors to get the heat shield off. I can get the top
four nuts off easily but the bottom inside two are almost impossible to get
to.
Any suggestions on how to remove the carburetors would be greatly
appreciated.
