Hoo boy ... that looks like a capacitor (maybe tantalum). If it is a
tantalum capacitor, polarity doesn't matter. If it did, I would expect
they'd mark the leads red and black, or maybe put a "+" or "-" by
the leads. Also, they don't specify "pos-ground" or "neg-ground" on the
page, so I think it's a safe bet polarity doesn't matter.
My guess is this is a non-polarized capacitor. The lead with the "C-shaped"
terminal--as opposed to the circular one--is meant to go at the base of the
point set on the flexible spring steel arm.
