 Hi Ron,
A persistant leak at that hose connection is most unusual. I would suggest
that you take a very close look at the soldered joint where the tube is
connected to the tank, or pull the rad and have it pressure tested. ( might
be a good time to have it thoroughly cleaned as well).

I've been having trouble sealing a tiny, slow, leak at the connection of the
lower rubber hose and the radiator pipe.  I have used several rubber hoses
so
I don't think the problem is with the hose.  Maybe the radiator outlet is
not
perfectly round?  I don't see any cracks or holes in the metal.  Has anyone
used a gasket sealer or other type of sealer between the rubber and metal in
these areas??
