If you jack it up high enough yes for me the other end comes up too, I think
it has to do with the limited suspension travel, if you jack up the right
front for instance in order for the three wheels to stay in the ground the
left rear of the car must go down, causing the left rear wheel to travel up
in relation to the chassis, due to the stiff suspension and limited travel
eventually something has to give and another wheel comes up.
Actually I think if your jacking point is far enough back or up on the car
it will be the same wheel on the other side of the car.
