Hi Erik -

There was also an excellent webpage on the subject but the owner of that
website got commercial and decided to turn his free website into a book, and
took all of the content off the web.  Little does he know there is something
called the "web archive," so I found his old website on the tach conversion
(he he).  This is a very good article with pictures too:
