Patrick and John,

Well, you are both too late.  I sent my $5000 to cover taxes, filing fees and 
legal processing 8 days ago.  They tell me I should receive the money by the 
30th along with a ready for framing certificate of winning.  I am so thrilled.  
Just imagine - winning that for only a $5000 cost!
