IMNSHO, the webbing REQUIRES replacement before you even give
ANY "thought" or "consideration" to a couple DECALS !!!!

They are as USELESS as "te*ts on a boar hog." !!!!  I would doubt that
they have ANY useful "impact strength" [ I guess that says what I mean ].
I would not recommend using them to "restrain" and/or "protect" even a
Toy Poodle" !!
