[Healeys] Powder coat steering box

I powder coated mine (twice, as I did not like it the first time) and there
was no problem. 

But I also tried to power coat gas tank - this WAS a problem. DO NOT try it.
Trust me... Unless you know where to find guys who like to solder old gas
tanks. :-)

PS. I think someone on the list actually disassembled the tube from the
steering box - I think it was our Swedish friend, but I might be wrong.
